We have developed a decentralized mixed solid waste management system to make Zero waste Campus. This consists of different machines to segregate and process the waste at the given location.
A segregator machine to remove glass, cloth, metal, large plastic and material waste which are further processed by a hydraulic bailing machine to compress the large volume stuff like cardboards and Multilayer plastics.
MSW compost grading and screening machine to process segregated wet municipal solid waste with Enzymatic culture and regulatory blower system, and various Screens to produce 100% natural fertilizers.
Air sorting & cleaning machine to remove sand and dust from small and light plastic for further processing.
Segregated municipal solid waste grinder machine to shred RDF (Refuse Derived Fuel) materials separated from mixed garbage.
Pelletizer machine to produce value-added products i.e. RDF Pallets by utilizing the Refuse. Nearly 80 % conversion by weight.
